Cedar & Sage Wellness

Root Within.
Expand Beyond.

  • Nourish

Nourish is a community gathering that feeds the body, mind, heart, and spirit. We meditate, journal, open our hearts to new friends and share a delicious meal. The outcome is a deeper connection to ourselves and the other guests in the room.

  • Community Strolls

Forest walks are medicine not just for our bodies but also for our minds, hearts and spirits. Nature has a calming and healing presence, which allows us to deepen our connection to new faces in new places.

  • Fires

Join a community gathering to celebrate the change of season, both around us and within us. Fire has always been a place of presence, of reflection, of connection. In this spirit, we come together to slow down, to listen, and to honour the cycles of nature and of self.

At the heart of Cedar and Sage is an invitation to come home to yourself, to attune to your heart, honour your journey, and reconnect with who you are becoming. Through reflection and small, intentional moments, Cedar and Sage offers more than wellness practices; it is a way of living with honesty, compassion, and grace.

  • Personal

Zooming in and out creates deeper personal connection. The inward view reveals our feelings and needs, while the outward view helps us observe, reflect, and see the bigger picture of who we are. Let’s deepen our connection to ourselves.

  • Community

In a world of hyper-connection we are lonelier than ever. Community, connection, belonging - these are not luxury items, they are necessities. They are medicine for our minds, our heart and our souls. Let’s deepen our connection to each other.

  • Nature

Nature’s cycles invite reflection.  The turning of each season is  deeply embedded in who we are and how we operate. We use these seasonal changes, as an invitation to better understand our own internal seasons. Let’s deepen our connection to nature.

Testimonials

In a time when it can be so difficult to feel connected to ourselves and others, I feel grateful for the community fire gatherings and Nourish events that Christina hosts. Community fires provide an opportunity to tap into nature's rhythms as we celebrate and embrace the changing of seasons, while gathered around a crackling fire in a serene park setting.

These events are structured in a way that flows nicely. Christina is an incredibly giving and caring person, and she does a great job of educating people on how to use meditation and creative journaling to look inward in a non-judgemental manner. This key aspect helped me to feel less alone (I saw that some others shared similar struggles and stressors), which resulted in me feeling less pressure “to be perfect”. She also effectively points out all the ways society bombards us with messages of “we are not good enough”. I have recommended Nourish events to many friends, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone reading this as well.

Attending Nourish has been a transformative experience for me. From the moment you walk into the space, you feel seen, welcomed, and completely at ease. Christina curates every detail with such intention—from the beautiful, nourishing food to the grounding meditation and reflective journaling. There’s a unique kind of magic in the way she brings people together—creating a space where connection flows naturally, and you leave feeling full in every sense of the word. It’s more than a brunch—it’s a reset for the mind and soul.

What I loved about the fires was the feeling that I would always leave with – calm. It’s interesting how something as basic as being in nature, gathering around a fire and sharing a few thoughts and stories can bring such peace. There’s a little magic in that simplicity and the way the evening is brought together.
